This Privacy Policy explains how Rhythm ("Rhythm", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our web application and services (the "Service"). Rhythm is currently operated by an individual founder based in India. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

In short: Rhythm helps salespeople make and manage calls. To do that, we use your Google sign-in, store your lead and call data, and process call audio to provide transcription and AI-generated insights. We only access the Google Sheets that Rhythm creates or that you explicitly connect. We do not sell your data.

1. Who we are

Rhythm is an AI-assisted sales-calling tool. The Service is provided by an individual founder. For any privacy questions or requests, contact us at ganeshsanjay3@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture as provided by Google.
Google Sheets data. With your permission (the drive.file scope), we access only the Google Sheets that Rhythm creates on your behalf, or that you specifically select. We do not access any other files in your Google Drive.
Lead and CRM data. The contact names, phone numbers, notes, statuses, and related information you store in your Rhythm sheets.
Call data. When you place or receive calls through the Service, we process call audio to generate live transcripts, coaching suggestions, call outcomes, notes, and lead scores. We store the resulting transcripts, summaries, call metadata (such as time, duration, and outcome), and message history.
Usage information. Basic technical information such as log data and interactions needed to operate and improve the Service.

3. How we use your information

To provide the core Service: dialing, transcription, real-time coaching, note-taking, follow-ups, reminders, and analytics.
To read from and write to the Google Sheets you use with Rhythm.
To generate AI-based insights, summaries, and suggestions from your call content.
To maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
To communicate with you about the Service.

4. Google user data

Rhythm's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We request the narrowest scope needed: drive.file, which limits our access to only the files Rhythm creates or that you explicitly open with it.
We use Google user data solely to provide and improve the Service's user-facing features.
We do not transfer or use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
We do not allow humans to read your Google data unless we have your consent for specific support reasons, it is necessary for security or to comply with law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

5. Third-party services we use

To operate the Service, we share the minimum necessary data with trusted providers who process it on our behalf:

Twilio — to place and receive calls and send SMS messages.
Deepgram — to transcribe call audio into text.
Google (Gemini) — to generate AI insights, coaching, and summaries from call content.
Google Workspace / Sheets & Drive APIs — to store your lead and call data in your sheets.
Render — our hosting and database provider.

These providers are bound by their own terms and privacy commitments and process data only to deliver their part of the Service.

6. Call recording and consent

The Service processes call audio to provide transcription and insights. If you use Rhythm to make or receive calls, you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding call recording, notification, and consent in your jurisdiction, including obtaining any consent required from the people you call. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to contact the leads you load into the Service.

7. Data storage and security

We store data using industry-standard hosting and database services and take reasonable measures to protect it. Your lead data primarily lives in your own Google Sheets under your Google account. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data retention

We retain your account and call data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see below). Data stored in your own Google Sheets remains under your control and can be deleted by you directly.

9. Your rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to stop processing it, by contacting ganeshsanjay3@gmail.com. You can also revoke Rhythm's access to your Google account at any time through your Google account permissions.

10. Children

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
